Our stay at Greta Residence was overall pleasant and offered great value for money. The location was brilliant, allowing us to easily explore the city and its attractions. The room was small but suitable for our short stay, providing everything we needed. The young man who greeted us upon arrival was friendly and helpful, carrying our bags and showing us to our room. We appreciated the convenience of having a laundry next door and a shop nearby. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of lounge in the two-bedroom apartment and the short bed, we found the accommodation clean and comfortable. The motion-activated lights in the hallway and a gate outside the property, although a bit problematic, added to the overall security.

The location of this place is fantastic! It's right in the heart of town and within a quick walk to the Sea Organ, museums, and great food. Marijana, the host, was incredibly helpful with recommendations and always responded to my questions instantly. the double and single beds were very comfortable, and I appreciated being able to leave my bag in her shop after check-out.
Felt fine, no complaints.

We had a wonderful stay at a residence in the heart of the Old Town. the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from bars, restaurants, and the sea organ. Despite sharing the apartment with other guests, we never heard or saw them, thanks to the separate private bathroom and lockable room. the cleanliness was impeccable, and the hosts were attentive and communicative, even going above and beyond to replace a broken hair dryer. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. Cons: N/A.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the fantastic value and excellent location of the apartment. It was within walking distance of the main attractions in the old town of Zadar, making it convenient for exploring. the apartment was also surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. the host was incredibly helpful and responsive, even helping us with parking. the apartment itself was nicely decorated and had many thoughtful amenities that made our stay comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided at a nearby restaurant.
Felt very relaxed, no complaints.

The location was perfect for a Christmas stay, with easy access to all the festive attractions. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep during the holiday season. the manager was extremely helpful and provided useful recommendations for Christmas markets and traditional restaurants to visit.
One aspect to note was the lack of sufficient lighting in the hallway at night, making it difficult to navigate. It would have been helpful to have a motion sensor light installed to improve safety and convenience during late-night returns.

The unit was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. the location was exceptional, with key attractions and amenities within close proximity. Our host was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.
There was no sitting room, but one of the bedrooms was large enough to compensate. Communication with the owners was minimal and not very quick to respond.

The location is superb, right in the center of town and close to everything. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with big TVs and great views. There is also a kitchenette for convenience. the host is friendly and helpful, providing a map with recommendations for food and visits.
One minor inconvenience is that some rooms have the bathroom outside in the hallway, requiring you to leave the room and lock it between uses.
